Does carowinds still have a separate area for kids under 4 years old to play, ride on kid rides? Are their height restrictions

Camp snoopy

Camp Snoopy is the closest thing that they have for small children and there are height requirements for all rides there. As far as a section solely for a select age group, I'm going to have to say no.

Camp snoopy has minimum height restrictions for riding alone and a few maximum height restrictions but there is plenty to do in there.

Does carowinds still have strollers w a sunshade that you can rent for a 3 yr.old child? What's the cost? Or am I allowed to bring my own stroller?

There's camp Snoopy and there is restrictions on some rides but you should be able to to go on the website and see the height restrictions for each one.
