You have to go on the Carowinds website & register your children under 5 for the PreK Pass. Once you've registered them you'll get a confirmation email that you'll need to take with you to Carowinds along with each child's birth certificate to prove their age. Once the email & birth certificates are verified they'll take a pic of the kid(s) & print them a PreK Pass Card to use for each visit to the park.
You can sign up for a Pre-K pass if your kid is in Pre-K. Your child can go as many times as they want with the Pre-K pass but you would have to buy a season pass to accompany him.
If you work for a large corporation, you may want to check with them as well. My company offers employee passes that are slightly cheaper than Carowinds website.
