There is a whole section of the park called Planet Snoopy and is themed Charlie Brown there are plenty of rides in there and will entertain kids easily but, most rides in that section have height limits as well as restrictions
Yes there's is actually a section for the little ones in the water park and Rides but warning the prices for sovernours and snacks and food and drinks are expensive be careful when you are there because your wallet will go dry
While there is a park of the park dedicated to young children most of the rides in the entire park do reqire you to be 48 inches tall or more

Download the Carowinds App. It will show you a map of all the rides and regulations. If you use it inside the park it will guide you to the rides and food stands.
They have a play area specifically for the little ones in the water park also
Planet snoopy has plenty of kids rides and the water park has pools and play areas for the little ones. Also check out the shows. This is a great park.
Yes.. They can have fun.. There are rides for kids under 48 inches.. May be not too many.. I would suggest you go to the water park which has a separate entry.. The Dinosaurs Alive park can be very good experience for a 5 year old kid.. Enjoy!!
A lot to do for them in snoopy land and there are about 8 or so rides. They will like it.
Off the top of my head i know there are atleast 8 rides that i know of not including the water park, i started taking my son when he was 4. I think its lots of fun even for smaller children. Still well worth it.
