No discount for aeniors and only children under 3 are free... that's what I was told by the park...
senior prices for tickets on carowinds now are showing $19.99 so yes they finally started selling discounted senior tickets if your ages 62 or older tickets are $19.99

Senior are the same price for children 4 and up
It's based on height. 48" and under are a lower ticket price. $43 i believe.
