We were there twice in July. No octopus sighting either time. Jellyfish galore, so maybe they will satisfy somewhat. Nothing takes the place of watching an octopus, but a fun comparison of visual similarities and differences. The jelly tanks are truly nice, with the ability to almost be one within the side of the tank
Thee is a tank for an octopus but it's pretty good at hiding! We did see it once a few years ago. Good luck!

My wife and I were there last month and I'm pretty sure I remember them having one, but I'm not 100%. Lol.
