Have been trying to pay my tags online since march,but no luck cause my payment is not accepted,cause my car is not passing smog test,,tryied to pay NPO but no luck either and the bill keeps going up,,what can I do????? HELP

The fees should be able to be paid as long as is on or before they're due. Once it's past due, payment needs to be in the DMV. No tags would be provided until the smog passes but no more late fees.

Go to AAA you can pay for your tags for now till you ge your car to pas the smog
