Horrible. Go somewhere else for your sake I came here with a friend and when we had arrived there was only one person being seen at the time and a lady was just leaving. Out of 3 people in there, it still took about 45 mins to be seen. The fat dark chick approached us but said someone else will see you while she took another lady who had just barely arrived. We waited another 25 mins until we were seen. When I had mention about the “50/50 promotion, apparently told us quote, ” We only do that during February and later than that we only give 20. And you guys are filing very late.” That little comment wasn’t necessary at all and I made a face and the chick had a better attitude after that during the time she was actually doing the tax process. Really bad experience. That chick only gave us a 20 for one person...I felt bad for taking my friend. She, nor I, nor my brother and mother will not be filing with those horrid place. You guys need to replace that manager. She is the worst. The lady in the front who handles the walk-ins and appointments was the only person who was actually nice and very helpful. Btw, my taxes came out waaaaaaaaaaaay off than what they claimed it was going to be.

I absolutely love Liberty Tax Service. I have been going here for 5 years and have always had consistent awesome customer service. Right when you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and they offer beverages and snacks while you wait to be seen. They have always gotten me top dollar and are knowledgeable in their craft. In addition, I get $50.00 just for filing with them that day. If I refer someone, I get $25 or $50.00, depending on their promotion for each person I refer. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
