The path is wide enough and a pretty easy stroll. I do not recall any steps. The gravel path has a slight steady incline. If you have help, you should be able to make it in a wheelchair. There are several areas with views along the path including the quarry and well worth the adventure. We watched sunset and it was beautiful! Previous review mentions difficult to get to the ocean, we did not go to the ocean or even take that path. You have 2 choices and 1 is to the lookout (what we did) or 2 the beach. Try sunset and stay on the path to the lookout.

Yes and no. Yes, in that the trails are pretty wide, flat, and well taken care of. No, in that it'll be very difficult to get to the ocean. A beautiful place though! I highly recommend it!
