While in Rockport we ate here about 4 times. The food was really good. The view of the water in the back room was so nice. Quaint and cozy.

Not very good unfortunately. We figured we would get a hot breakfast on our last morning and chose this place. The pancakes and waffles had small charred bits, and the hash browns we're very bland and needed copious amounts of salt and pepper. Scramble eggs were very runny and bland as well, so much so that I couldn't figure if it was created from a mix. Thankfully the sausages and bacon we're good and were a bit of a saving grace at least. We had considered going to the McDonalds for breakfast and we wish we had after this meal.

Great little greasy spoon breakfast spot with incredible views! I had the eggs Florentine which was yummy, and my husband had the full moon breakfast which was a very generous portion. The hash browns weren't great but the rest more than made up for it.
