We are unable to give tours thru our facility due to government food safety regulations. However, if come to our retail store you will be able to see the cheese making facility. The best time to come is between 7am-10:30am Monday-Friday to view the cheese making in action.
You can see most of it right from the retail area. You're basically in it!
