Hi everyone - thought I would chime in to clarify. The owner of the bison, Ed Eichten, moved his herd to Sauk Centre MN to be combined with another herd of the same size. Fortunately, we still offer all of the same great bison products that are hard to find elsewhere. We offer bison steaks (tenderloin, rib eye, new york and sirloin), roasts (round, sirloin tip, and chuck), hot dogs, brats (regular and jalapeno cheddar), mettwurst, ground (1 lb packages, 1/3 lb patties and 1/4 lb patties), summer sausage (garlic, wild rice and no nitrate), liver sausage, snack sticks (regular, jalapeno cheddar, honey bbq, supreme pizza and banana pepper & swiss), and jerky (teriyaki, smoking hot, bbq, pepper and chipotle). We miss the bison also and hope to get them back someday! Thanks - Nick
