Great variety of cheese!!! Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to lack of samples. If you're going to spend money on cheese, it helps to know if you like it! They also have beef sticks, candy, moonshine, and more.

Had an excellent choice of cheeses meats and liqueurs and moonshines. The personality of the employees was needing. Didn't say hello to us or anything we walked through the doors, was very disappointing. Would have purchase more if the employee was more engaging.

White american works great and also brick. There are many recipes (Pinterest) but you need to melt it low and slow with a little milk. I don't sell queso at the moment in house. Thanks for asking!!!
