They should never check for everyone's I.D. in the line if you're buying alcohol. The only way they should check everybody in the line is if it every single person behind you is carrying alcohol in their hand.
Never heard that policy, what happens when your 16yr old child is with you, do they not sell it to you? That's a very good question, I suggest you ask them.
I work at gas station and you just have to. They have people undercover all the time. My coworker didn't card person was not of age but looked old enough. He got handcuffed in the spot and $500 fine. So it's better to be safe. I had gray hair at 15 lol. So give a break they are just covering their behind and I don't blame them.
It's the law I'm in my 50s and I still get carded,
Store/ company policy is to check ID on anyone who looks 40 or under and some people are poor at judging age.
Sweety thats just policy i am srry i wish I can charge that maybe in future things might change you never know
Because if the dont they can lose their job and its actually the law. They have to see ID for everyone to make sure someone isnt buying for anyone underage.
