Do vendors set up outside all year round? Also how do you rent a permanent space in side or an outside building?

Vendors do set-up all yea round for the Flea Market. If you want to rent a permanent space you would have to stop by the market on Saturday or Sunday during regular market hours. Thank You, Andy
