We have a group of 10 going to celebrate a birthday. I have only reserved one bay currently because not all of the girls are interested in playing. Will all 10 of us be allowed in the bay accounting for the fact that some are just there to watch?

Yes, just be prepared to wait. Reservations don't necessarily mean they will have a bay waiting for you, it means you are moved to the top of the waiting list once your entire party is checked in.

It should be fine we had at least 10 maybe a few more in our party not every one played

Yes 10 will be ok to sit but only 6 can play.

That’s reassuring. I called and was told no by the lady that I spoke with. I see no reason to rent a second bay to accommodate only two additional people who only care to enjoy the food and drinks with friends. She offered no other solution except to basically uninvite two people. Can’t say I have a great first impression of TopGolf Charlotte so far. :/
