If you're talking about if you order online you have to put your phone number and email in and they send you a notification to pick it up and you just go to their pickup desk

I just put my order in and let them know when I will pick up . Yes you do go on line and order. It's so easy when you are busy or can't walk the store. You also need to let them know how you are paying.

To the best of my knowledge you either order online or call the store and place your order. When it's ready they will send you an email or a text message or call and you go pick it up at the customer service desk. Sometimes they'll even bring product from a different store to the store that's closest to you.
Delivery doesn't mean you go pick it up. Lol You order it and go to the store when the notify you and pick it up, for free, without the shipping cost. If you can get free shipping, just do that and save a trip.
