What is going on with the Swiss and mushroom burger??? Last time it had ONE mushroom on the entire burger. This time it had TWO. I do not consider that enough to call it a mushroom burger! I go through the drive thru. Taking it back not an option.

You might want to bring both your question as well as any comments or concerns that you have to their management. It will be the only way to fix it.

That's when you call them and complain about the mushrooms on the the you're swiss and mushroom Burger's the past couple of times you didn't get enough mushrooms on your burgers , and maybe they will give you a code to get a free one the next time you're through there.

Management won't be of any help .Both Florence, and Mt.Zion locations have gone down hill so far I'm surprised they are still in business. Nobody has the first clue on what their job responsibilities are so nothing gets done correctly,EVER! Good luck they won't help because they don't care

I love a good mushroom hoagie or burger. I think it needs a handful of mushrooms. Personally steak n shake has went down hill for sure. My kids used to love to get the kids meal corn dog and cottage cheese they don't carry cottage cheese anymore bummer
