I took my elderly father out to eat. He doesn't get out much due to mobility issues and he was so looking forward to this. We didn't realize that we couldn't be waited on. Eating with all plastic is for McDonald's. The entire restaurant was probably 65 degrees. And the icing was you no longer offer the baked beans. The other guests around us felt the same. Steak and shake was my first job in highschool. Good quality food, decent price, comfortable seating and always good service. I just hate that that's a thing of the past.

I ordered drive thru and waited in line for half a hour then got my food and it was wrong just wasted 10 bucks on trash. And the frys were cold and not even fully cooked. You would think that they would get it right since I waited so long i ordered plain but this is not plain

I got the grilled cheese combo and the cheese taste is like Wax the butter was nasty on the sandwich I will not recommend getting the grilled cheese sandwich from there

Poor management!! The floors are absolutely disgusting! Have been waiting on food for a table of 4 for over 30 minutes! Not one person has even swept, wiped down a table or any area. Saturday night I get it but this is disgusting and over 40 minutes for burgers, I use to like this place, may not ever be back! 1 hour for 4 burgers!
