Food is always fresh and what you order.
The food does take time but it is not cold.
We often don't come here just because of the long wait. The food is generally good and fresh when it does come but don't expect it quickly.
We had such an awful experience there, we just won't go back. 6 people, orders came one at a time after 45 minutes. Then ordered 3 milkshakes, took 55 minutes and again, one at a time. They were not crowded either. Two other tables occupied. Just go to Sonic in Hebron. They have an eat-in dining area. IMHO, better food.
Wait is awful very slow they act like they don't want to wait on you
The wait depends on if they are crowded
They usually don't have much of a wait. The most I've waited was 5 minutes
