I heard there is a store with a policy on kids clothes. Since the go through so many growth spurts n wear them out so fast. Especially the shoes. I buy sons at Walmart n within 2wks they are calling apart

Sounds like a "quality issue". If they "wear out" in 2 weeks you should be able to receive a replacement pair.

I don't buy clothing or shoes at Walmart. They wear out too fast. The best bet is to find quality clothing and shoes on sale or closeout.

There are so many goodwill stores around there, its amazing. I would suggest frequenting them and seizing their sales over a long period to maximize savings. If you focus on just getting sale items, it really pays off in the long run. There is actually one right by that Walmart's entrance.

Look at Fred Meyer in the clearance clothes..... They are pretty reasonably priced and they don't wear out. Also, JCP is a good option. They have some amazing sales.
