I go there regularly, and today the lady behind the counter put the wrong gram of dabs in the bag. I went back not 5 minutes later, but they said that they couldn't do anything because I'd left the store. Turns out all they're after is money, go figure. Too shrewd to comp a $14 gram. EDIT: Despite the reply, store policy is that once a gram of dabs leaves the store they wont take it back. If Lucid wants to say that's NOT their policy, I'm all ears.
