This location has become complete garbage!!! I understand they are understaffed, however it is not too much to atleast answer the phone. They never answer the phone, then call or text and say RX is ready only to get there and they say it isn’t. I have been patient with other situations, but now I just had open brain surgery to clip an aneurysm and can’t even get the neighborhood pharmacy that I have continued to support through their hard times to take care of a loyal customer. If and when my husband can finally get my much needed meds that were sent in 8 hrs ago filled I will no longer go there not even for a stick of gum. No thanks forever! I am truly disappointed ☹️ I wish I could give zero stars

Don't waste your time calling. You'll just get put on a loop with their automatic answering service until an extremely rude and annoyed employee finally answers and cuts you off mid sentence in an incredibly condisending tone of voice while you're just trying to check the status of your prescription that you requested going on 2 weeks ago. I understand being short staffed and not being able to answer the phone right away, but to be so rude is just unacceptable. You don't get to be disrespectful because people were expecting you to do your job. Don't like your job? Leave.

Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Inside or out, line or not, be prepared to.l wait… forever. I get it, shortages and stuff… I don’t blame the staff. I blame a failing corporation that has lost what it means to have customer service. They know they are the only drive through pharmacy for miles, and so nothing to improve the experience. And don’t get me started on the 3-5 days it takes for a new prescription to be ready!! Or the pain of trying to transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy!!! Bah! Please, someone, bring a better pharmacy with a drive through to this area!

Id urge anyone i knew to not go to rite aid for any pharmacy related errands (vaccines included). I just spent over an hour waiting on a vaccine to have someone who checked in after me be given their shot first. I stopped getting prescriptions filled here a while back because they would notoriously take days after the scheduled refill dates to actually have them on hand. The staff are always apologetic but it is unreasonably frustrating to have pharmacy runs take this long. The qfc just across the parking lot is much better.
