You'll need a 30 day statement if it is a prepaid debit account with the account and routing number. It cannot be the direct express card though.

Hi! Normally you will only need a valid government issued ID, proof of income and an open and active checking account, but some locations' requirements vary. I would recommend you call your local store to make sure that is all you need. Thank you for your post!
