New Sushi & Teriyaki

Overwhelmed by takeout with low to no dine in. Clearly not operating well for staff or patrons as a result. Mediocre at best. Don't get sushi. As an aside: there was a line of new dine in customers. My take out order was in a bag, in the window, within arms reach, and paid for. While staff took a take out order over the phone I let the folks in line know I was going to let staff know that was my bag they could quickly hand over and get me out (after waiting 5min). She told me, "these people were here first so you wait." So i said: "or I can just reach around and grab it." She said: "Okay whatever" So i did. All of which I'm totally fine with. Except that their food shows the same amount of disregard.

Sushi had SO much rice, huge pieces of cucumber and tiny pieces of shrimp, one piece was only the tail of the shrimp. 5 thin pieces per roll seems like a small portion. Gyoza were good. They didn't give us chop sticks either for a to-go order. Had to eat with our hands, which isn't ideal.

Better Than Baroque

I love the food here! I've gone now 2-3 times and I'm always left feeling fat and happy. I enjoyed my last visit, the spring roll was a better size for mouths, thank goodness! I'm glad someone got smart and realized no one can eat it when they are that big but it has never stopped me from ordering it and trying anyway, lmao 😆 the sushi is always fresh and tasty. I Love this little local 💎

Toasted Tea

I unfortunately found bits of plastic in the sushi and on it and we went yesterday today I’m extremely Ill and the sushi was the last food I had so I’m fairly certain they gave me food poisoning you can even see the shard of plastic in the photo I’m adding (will not be going there again)
