Why do all the employees park near the door sous shoppers have to walk soo much farther?

Yet most walmarts don't implement employee parking which is horrible. I find it very it I find it very discourteous to have to have customers have to walk across the parking lot. If you're working you're going you're going to be walking all day in my opinion
