Sorry you had a less than pleasant experience watching a movie at this theater. If you watched the entire movie, without bringing the issues to management's attention or moving to other seats, you could ask for comp tickets but a refund might be doubtful. Always worth it to ask, though. You never know unless you do. Good luck!
If you leave during be the movie they will comp. The ticket for you but giving a refund for money spent is not going to happen. At lease be from my experience.
Coupd always ask manager but from an open opinion if you left. An didnt finish the movie they should refund. 💯 askingwont hurt
