It’s really good and I enjoy the atmosphere. However, there is absolutely no sense of urgency. The line will be out the door and employees are not concerned or just standing around. If you order food prepare to wait a good while. It’s definitely not a place to come in the morning on your way to work unless you leave really early.

I don't believe they have delivery.
As an almost weekly visitor I cannot say I have seen much change to the menu for the holidays. The tea selection is extensive all year. Although to be honesr if they did something special this year I could not tell you. I have not been since before Thanksgiving.
