I don't know about med well health, can a.care would give you.the.paperwork you still have to go on the state web site to register with the state, after you get your papers from doctor, and you have to seer desire doctor at least 2x.a year, state requires, on going relationship with said.doctor at Canna.care or whatever you go to get Doctors approval for treatment
