Staff is friendly, always helpful and thre goes are great but, too many machines washer and dryer don't work and I killed a waterbug/cockroach my last visit. Can't say I was pleased about that, will that be my first choice to wash clothes in the future.

I love the way they wash and fold my clothes. My clothes smell sooooo freaking fresh. This establishment went up from $1.00 a pound to $1.25 a pound for their wash and fold service. It's industry standard price now.

It is clean and not too bad for prices to do your own laundry. They also have a great drop off service.

Last load is 7 pm like you mentioned. im guessing maybe people have abused time in the past and have come in after 7 oclock to start their laundry, keeping the workers their past 9 oclock. I have witnessed customers doing this. So maybe they lock the door at 7 now to prevent that from happening. Im not sure. Did you have laundry washing or drying when you went to the door? The ladies are really nice there, they would have let you in if you stepped out for a few minutes. This is just a guess at maybe why? Im really not sure. They have signs on door that last wash is 7pm and closes at 9 pm. Hope this helps.
