How much does it cost to get a card .what do u need to get it

I got one for 150$

Price is different everywhere but I believe it's about two hundred dollars

There's a doctor's office in front of the dispensary that you call and make an appointment with. I'm not sure what it costs but when I got mine from a different place it was around 140 bucks
