No, you can lose it and also lose a permit for firearms... however you can still get your card, you are not obligated to give your medical information about this to anyone,so i say you should get your card and just be sure not to consume when in possession of a firearm or while on the clock in a rig,... good luck, I don't agree with the laws of taking someone's right to bear arms or drive for your job away

I agree with the privileges we need to give up. OTR trucking stressful needing relief from THC benefits plus I have plants in my house. I should be able to have a right to protect them and myself
