We went there in March, which was the end of winter. I don't remember seeing any tram. To get to the other end of the zoo, we had to walk over a enclosed bridge that was over the expressway. It's a decent size zoo but not tons of walking the Detroit zoo for example. Well worth it to check this place out.
Now I just stays on that part of the zoo the African safari
No there are no trams that I am aware. There are two options for parking on opposite sides of zoo to cut down on walking depending on which part of the zoo you want to visit.
Not that I'm aware of. If you or someone in your group has mobility challenges they may rent scooters. I'd call and check with the zoo office.
