We got tickets thru work, the Zoo told us as long as we had our tickets in advance, we didn't need to make a reservation...we arrived around 4:30 and we had no problem getting in...the lights were beautiful.🎄🌟
Not necessarily, if you have tickets but did not pick a time slot you can still go, however if they are particularly full you may have to wait 15-20 mins before they let you in. We just did this last weekend with tickets we received from my husband's work.
