You can in the zoo itself. I would argue that many of the indoor sections would be able to be navigated, but not all will be easy. The "pop up" tents during the lights would be difficult to navigate and the doors have no electric assist so you would need assistance to hold both doors open due to a clearance that is probably under 32 inches.
Yes. The zoo is wheelchair accessible. There are also elevators and ramps available to enter the buildings. The lights before Christmas displays are mainly outside and some of the regular attractions are closed in the evenings. The aviary and the second floor of the museum were not open the evenings. There are some places where navigation is more difficult.
