Yes ,they have certain animals that you can feed . Its only like a buck or two a person to feed the giraffe's an a cple others.
The giraffe exhibit allows visitors to feed the giraffe but it costs $11 for 12 pieces of lettuce. There is another price option but I don't remember. I was too excited about feeding the giraffes!

You can feed the giraffes on the giraffe deck, and with some behind the scenes tours with the education department occasionally you can feed an animal. Also, Nature's Neighborhood has a petting zoo where sometimes visitors feed some of the goats and pigs. Try getting ahold of someone on the education department and they might be able to work something out with a behind the scenes tour.
