I agree with James. It's better to wait until your in the country to exchange your money, you get a better rate.
Not at Fayetteville airport but you'll be able to get it at the larger airports. With that said, the exchange places in the airports are the absolute worst place to exchange money. it's a rip-off!!! My Bank debit card works overseas. You may have to pay a fee but it's a lot better then those rip-off places in the airport to exchange money!
