I went at about 530 on this Saturday morning and did online order to pick up I wish I wasn’t running late so I could’ve turned around and got my money back this is the 4th time I went ordered a hot caramel macchiato and it’s tasted like hot milk I’m so disappointed I’d rather just go by the kangaroo and get a coffee for like 2 bucks please do better on your training your employees people want coffee not hot milk .

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They do a great job greeting you abd engaging in conversation as appropriate when ordering. I enjoy coming here. There are numerous tables to sit and work and 2 large cushioned chairs.

In my opinion all restaurants receive 3 stars at start in the blind trust report. How well can you blindly trust your restaurant? The line is always super long but I know they are always working hard to do their best. It's not easy to be in this line of work. The staff is friendly and the manager, Victoria, really cares for her team.
