I need to see my mentally challenged wife get on the plane at Buffalo. Another family member will be at the plane gate when she steps off the plane (direct flight) in Denver. How do we get permission to walk with her to and from the plane?

You can go to Gate agent they will give you a pass to drop her to plane. Make sure you take your valid one proof of ID with you.
