It's nice you can go when ever you want, use what ever you want pretty much whenever you want. They have so many machines an equipment it's unbelievable. I only pay $10 per month, that great for what I need. Employees very friendly an helpful.

I love planet fitness overall. I am a black card member and I go to a few of the locations. A few weeks ago me my wife and brother came to this location on Sheridan drive for our first time and the gym just seemed ran down. I worked out for 1 hour and didn’t notice anybody at the front desk the whole time and neither did my wife. A lot of sanitizer bottles were empty. And when we seen a worker finally while we were on our way out, we would have never guessed they even were a staff member with the way they dressed. My wife went into the woman’s stall and no toilet paper was present. I’d give this place the benefit of the doubt because it was a Saturday morning.

So far so good. For $22 a month ( vip club ) I get 24 hours access, free tanning, massages, classes etc n discounts. Great deal staff is friendly n people are good.

Very clean and spacious facility. Well kept and the staff are kind and courteous. Sanitation is up to par and I felt comfortable my whole visit. Keep up the great work guys!

Hi Eric! Our Tonawanda club currently has no Black Card Spa amenities restrictions, so tanning, hydro massage tables, and chairs, etc should be available for use.
