i really want to give this place a five because i have never experienced a quality problem or a problem with workers. but in the past two days I've noticed a sudden drop in quality at this particular Tim Horton's. the coffee tasted really watery and almost in-consumable. it really turned me away, but i really hope this is a temporary issue, or i might have had bad luck in the past few days.

By far the WORST Tim Horton's!!!! They are never open on time. You're a coffee place, open up on time in the morning. It is 6:12am, people are heading to work and this location has not opened up yet. This is a daily occurrence. The Tim's Canalside is MUCH better and professionally ran!

They'll get your order right but there is always this guy lurking in the corner as you come in and he asks you for money. I don't know why they don't throw him out because he's in there every morning and he comes up behind people. He has to scare off customers.

Swarming with vagrants begging for change, sticky floors greet you as you enter. Everything feels dirty. Rude staff and coffee that tastes like they put cigarette ashes in with the beans. Oh and let's not forget the awful breakfast …

ppl will beg for money all the time any anywhere there is ppl spending money.. i say give tgem a cup of coffee instead of change..
