Many of the dishes are inherently gluten and dairy free, but main utensil is the injera bread which probably isn't.
The regular injera is not gf, but they do provide gluten free injera upon request.
too my knowledge none of the dishes contain dairy. the bread the food comes with is not gotten free. there is no gluten free bread option but you don't have to have the bread. there is no pasta either, it's really mainly just meat and veggie dishes
