I went in yesterday to look at a backpack. Lisa was great. She helped me with the fitting, answered all my questions, added weight to the pack when I tried it on to make sure it fit well, just a great experience. She knew all about the product and showed me all the pack's features. I was very impressed and will be back.

Even if an REI opened closer to home, I'd still take the extra miles to this store!! The employees here are super knowledgeable in the products they sell. I've been having such a hard time finding a running shoe, thank you Emily for being so patient with me !!! All your advice has helped !!

Very strict. They have customer service members who stand at a podium at the entrance and count how many people are coming in. Then when they get to capacity, customers have to wait outside to be let in one-two-three- at a time.
No. You do not need to be a member to purchase products at REI.
