Best time to eat without a wait is weekdays during non-dinner hours. Weekends there is usually a wait (sometimes short) just about anytime of day.
I was there at 5:30 pm on a Thursday with no wait. Hope that helps
There is seating while you wait but it is limited
The original one in sikeston missouri is not as busy as the one by Springfield. I am sure that they would help you with any special needs you have no matter how busy they are.
Supper time between 4 PM thru 6 PM is probably their busiest times. Last time I ate there was on a Tuesday night around 6 PM or so and still had a 10 minute wait. Weekends are their busiest times.
2-4 pm is best
We visited Lamberts this past Sunday and arrived around 11:00 to 11:30 with only about a 10 minute wait. Departing around 1pm the line was out the door.
Usually always slammed. Best bet fur the shortest wait is between 2-4pm
We went in mid afternoon towards around 2 and seemed like alot of cars in parking lot. Got in door, moved real fast in line and sat right down at a table so it wasent a long wait. So worth going there. I give them 5 stars
