We travel on the weekends, the wait time isn't bad then, so a Monday should be a breeze. The foid is definitely worth the wait.

Well if you make it as soon as it opens great, but if you have to wait it want be Know longer than about 10 minutes. But as someone said earlier the food is worth the wait
Not bad on Mondays, popular place but big enough to handle most crowds. Never experienced a lengthy wait.
We went by on a Monday at noon and there was a bus there. Long, long line. We stopped back by on Wednesday and it was great.
It depends on the time of day and if it is a holiday. Holidays are normally when you see a 2 hour wait. I would say it shouldn't be busy most Mondays, and if so 30 min at most.
