Before we went into McDonalds, my sister bought an ice cream from down the road. I told her she couldn’t have it in my car so we stopped at this Mcdonald’s so she can eat it really quick. We all decided to go in and sit in the air conditioner and brought in our drinks from earlier that day. She didn’t have a spoon for the ice cream and decided to throw away her empty cup on the way to the counter to ask for a spoon. The manager told her she couldn’t do that (assuming that she was going to the drink fountain) and she came back. I laughed that she thought she was getting a drink when she was obviously walking to the trash can. She stopped helping a customer to come to our table and tell us to leave. I tried explaining that she was not getting anything to drink but she cut me off and forced us to leave saying that we were not allowed back and even threatening to call the cops. She didn’t let us tell her what was happening and made a huge scene in front of a line of customers. It was very rude and uncalled for.

Never get all of my food . Always have to drive back around and wait in the long line to tell them and by then my food is cold.

They are rude thru drive thru don’t check orders when handling to customer Customers are Not required to pull Forward if ask but if you don’t they refuse to serve you And refund money I was told by the Friday Night Manger I run this show either take your refund or I throw it on the ground Next Friday My order wasn’t right walked in to get it right Manger says it is right I refused to leave till she check n it was wrong as I stated thru the missing item in the bag n said I don’t have time for this S…

Waited over 20 min to order food through the drive thru, to then sit and wait for them to take our order while they waited on four customers in the other lane. Once they did take our order it was another 20 min to the window to pay then the attendant walked away and never came back! You could hear the manager and employees cussing and screaming at one another! After 45 min of waiting we finally just left! This place is a joke and employees are always rude and disrespectful!
