People are doing 2 jobs because nobody wants to go to work. Take away all the freebies the government is giving and get people back to work.
I think it really depends on the time you call bc there have been times when I called during lunch hours and there is a longer wait period or no one picks up at all so I just try again later.
In response to post about returning back to work; currently this is not at all a financially possible there have not been any further Govt handouts. MOST went to help put food or pay bills to keep them with the roof over their backs during a true crises that affected everyone of us working class.. now even unemployment had serious strict rules in place for applicant's trying to not return. The reason others are not coming back to Walmart or waitress jobs, fast food industry, low paying jobs is because they are so underpaid with higher risks and had children to be worried about..Most go to where the fin.bonus and higher pay is. Walmart CSR not professional. Get people to come switch to automatic line self service with crews that do all the restocking of shipment and have no need or care to interact with any customers. They learned that people come to Walmart regardless and spend money out of shear neighborhood convenience. People including myself are choose to work more.
The company has a whole has reduced the number of staff in support. They have perhaps one person providing service to multiple departments. Put yourself in their place and there's no way that you can keep up with the amount of calls along with service in the store. This is not an issue with the employees as much as it is an issue with the company. Walmart refuses to employ enough staff to support their store locations. I noticed some individuals said to go online and purchase but to be honest I've had more issues online that I have in the stores. Of course the selection is better online but I've had many issues with items that were shipped, or not shipped at all I should say. So trying to call the stores probably not a good idea. It's easier to just go to the store or shop online. These days I prefer Amazon because at least I seem to get what I order and I don't have to pay a ridiculous amount for shipping or have a $35-$45 minimum to receive it. Amazon prime is well worth it.
Calling during these times, holidays, will usually get that to happen. This particular store is slightly understaffed and it stays fairly crowded. The workers are constantly asked to show where things are or unlock one of the countless displays that have commonly stolen items. Just visit or be patient.
You get what you pay for. Perhaps visit the store instead of calling every department. Shop online even.
Didn't pay the phone bill possibly 😂
It is Walmart not a call center
Press 0 for kinda results but calling walmart is like calling Satan, never get a person that knows anything and they hang up if they get confused.
I know they want any time day or night and I don't know why
