I love visiting this Starbucks! Christina always greets me with a smile. When she makes my coffee it is always perfection.

It's hit or miss for me personally. Most drinks are underwhelming, but the food is above the McDonalds next door. Expect to shell out a fair bit of cash for everything on their menu and lower your expectations before you get it. The staff are always great though, even on dreary mornings.

Definitely has improved from last time I came. Much more cleaner and better employees. I love how they try and make conversation with me. As a customer it makes us want to come back more.

Please train your employees before just putting them to drink making and/or behind the register. The staff shortage is way more acceptable than poorly or non trained staff. And if they have been adequately trained, maybe the training program needs some improvement. My shaken espresso with almond milk had no almond mill and instead of properly making my drink, they simply pour almond milk over what was already there. In addition to not having my egg bites ready. I almost walked out w out them and had to return back to the counter and ask for them. No more Ingles starbys for me
