Yes, but some places are reserved for students who take classes. The CPAS (Centennial Park Arts Center) is a tiny lot so that parents can take children to dance lessons, so don't use that lot. There is plenty of on street parking adjacent to the park.

Yes. There are numerous, free parking spaces located throughout the park and nearby. The only time parking is a problem is when there is a large event going on, like a Vandy football game or Tennessee craft fair.
