A lovely historic spot to enjoy. I actually have a relative named on one of the statues in remembrance of the Civil War.
The time I was there I did not encounter any smokers and was very happy about that.
The time me and my bothang went i saw more people on their cellular phones rather than enjoying that fresh air. But didn't see any smokers much Saturday we walked the trails hopefully you weren't out late. Best time is in the morning bright and early.
