Absolutely, YES, it sucks. It's large, and has a good selection, but the staff is absolutely horrendous and it generally seems to have no management or extremely poor management with many rude Indian customers that enjoy getting in the way of American's (and others) because they think they're hot stuff.

It's one of the busiest stores in the area there's improve in the traffic flow in recent years but it is still a bit of a waiting to get into the place then they are in the process of switching from cashier to self check out system which is faster in some way better than long lines but it is tiresome have to check out after shopping too. Want to avoid the hassle shop online for the store pick up it's great
